Prequalification with a qualified lender is one of the most important steps when buying a home, yet can still be one of the simplest steps.
Typically within 10 minutes, the qualified lender can tell you exactly what price range you’re qualified to purchase in, what your estimated payment will look like, explain to you the pros and cons of the different types of loans they offer, how soon you will have the keys to your new home, as well as any general questions you may have for them.
Getting hooked up with the right information from a qualified lender is the difference between an easy process and a difficult process. A qualified mortgage lender as well as a qualified real estate agent are both crucial points in purchasing a home as in they make the process simple and effortless.
This is the scenario I always give my clients: it’s hard to go find the perfect home and put in an offer then have your offer accepted only to find out A. you’re not prepared to buy at this time or
- the qualification process takes too long and now you’ve missed out on your dream home because you didn’t make a less than 10 minute phone call prior to making an offer on your home.
There are 4 steps in home purchasing:
Step 1: give a qualified realtor like myself a call today. Where all(I’ll?) introduce you to all of the areas mortgage lenders and local banks as to where you can make an informed decision based upon the information readily available to you(.) (that a licensed realtor will have as to which lender that you think best suits your needs.) wordy?
Step 2: Call said Lender and within 10 minutes be qualified and informed to purchase your future home
Step 3: Start shopping for your dream home.
Step 4: Sit back and relax while you’re qualified realtor and mortgage lender takes care of you and in about 30 to 45 days later we will hand you the keys to your new dream home.
It’s that simple.
